At Poncho Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. We make the process seamless so you can get back to your next adventure with the perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by our system and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any official collection point; we will track it every step of the way.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
